1. About MakeMyFlora
MakeMyFlora is a flower arrangement, gifting, and floral decoration company offering products and services for personal, corporate, and event-related occasions.
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or
- You are accessing our services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Orders & Acceptance
- All orders placed through our website, phone, or other channels are subject to acceptance by MakeMyFlora.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
- Order confirmation does not guarantee availability; it only acknowledges receipt of your request.
4. Add-ons Product Rules
To ensure the best shopping experience, please read the following rules before ordering add-on products:
- Add-ons cannot be purchased separately. They must be ordered along with a flower bouquet, cake, plant, gift hamper, or any main product.
- A minimum main product value of ₹1500 is required to add any add-on item to your order.
- Add-ons are available only with our delivery service and cannot be shipped individually.
- The same delivery date and time selected for the main product will apply to all add-on items.
- Availability may vary based on location and stock. If an add-on is unavailable, we will contact you with a suitable replacement or process a refund for that item.
- Product images are for reference only. The actual color, design, or packaging may vary depending on availability.
- No separate delivery will be provided for add-on products after the main order has been delivered.
- Cancellation or modification of add-on items is allowed only before order processing begins.
- Add-on products are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
- By placing an order, you agree to these Add-ons Product Rules and our general Terms & Conditions.
5. Pricing, GST & Payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
- Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
- Prices may vary based on location, availability, seasonal demand, customization, and delivery requirements.
- Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be charged as per prevailing Indian tax laws and will be clearly mentioned at checkout or on the invoice.
- MakeMyFlora shall not be responsible for any typographical or pricing errors; in such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
- Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We use secure third-party payment gateways; MakeMyFlora is not responsible for payment gateway failures, delays, or transaction errors.
6. Delivery Policy
- Delivery dates and times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Same‑day or time‑specific deliveries are subject to availability.
- If the recipient is unavailable, the order may be left with a neighbor, security personnel, or at the delivery address, and this will be considered successful delivery.
7. Substitution Policy
- Flowers and gifts are subject to seasonal and regional availability.
- In case of unavailability, MakeMyFlora reserves the right to substitute flowers or products of equal or higher value while maintaining the overall theme and quality.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be made within the timelines mentioned in our Delivery & Returns Policy.
- Orders once prepared, dispatched, or delivered cannot be cancelled.
- Customized, personalized, same-day delivery, and event-related orders are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable timeframe and subject to deductions such as payment gateway charges, if any.
9. Product Quality & Care
- Fresh flowers are perishable and may vary slightly in color, size, and appearance.
- Proper care instructions should be followed to ensure longevity.
- Complaints regarding product quality must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images.
10. Intellectual Property
- All content on the MakeMyFlora website, including logos, images, text, designs, and graphics, is the intellectual property of MakeMyFlora.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
11. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our website for unlawful purposes
- Provide false or misleading information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
12. Limitation of Liability
- MakeMyFlora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our maximum liability, in any case, shall be limited to the value of the order placed.
13. Event Booking & Decoration Services
- Event decoration bookings (including weddings, corporate events, parties, and special occasions) require advance confirmation and may require a partial or full advance payment.
- Final pricing for events may vary based on venue size, flower selection, design complexity, labor, logistics, and setup time.
- Any changes to event requirements must be communicated at least 48–72 hours prior to the event date; additional charges may apply.
- Cancellation of event bookings once confirmed may result in forfeiture of the advance payment.
- MakeMyFlora shall not be liable for venue restrictions, third-party delays, or damages caused by external vendors or venue staff.
14. Force Majeure
MakeMyFlora shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemics, venue restrictions, or technical failures.
15. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
17. Modifications
MakeMyFlora reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
