At MakeMyFlora, we strive to ensure that every flower arrangement, gift, and floral decoration reaches you fresh, beautiful, and on time. Please read our Delivery & Returns Policy carefully to understand how we handle orders, deliveries, and concerns.


Delivery Policy

  1. 1. Delivery Areas
    MakeMyFlora currently delivers to selected cities and locations as mentioned on our website. Availability of same-day or time-specific delivery depends on the delivery address and order cut-off time. Cities We Serve: (a) New Delhi, (b) Gurugram, (c) Noida & Greater Noida, (d) Ghaziabad, (e) Faridabad.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for select products when orders are placed before the specified cut-off time.

  • Scheduled Delivery: You can choose your preferred delivery date during checkout.

  • Event & Decoration Services: Delivery and setup timings will be confirmed in advance as per the event schedule.

Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, local restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery Attempts

  • If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery partner may attempt delivery again or leave the order with a neighbor/security (where permitted).

  • In case of incorrect address or unreachable recipient, re-delivery charges may apply.

4. Product Substitution
Flowers are natural and seasonal products. If certain flowers or items are unavailable, we may substitute them with similar flowers or gifts of equal or higher value while maintaining the overall look and quality.


Returns & Cancellation Policy

1. Perishable Products (Flowers & Plants)
Due to the perishable nature of flowers and plants:

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted once the order has been delivered.

  • If you receive damaged, wilted, or incorrect products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs.

2. Gifts & Non-Perishable Items

  • Returns or replacements may be considered if the product is damaged or incorrect.

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with product images.

3. Event & Floral Decoration Services

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48–72 hours before the scheduled event (exact timing may vary based on the service).

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for refunds due to prior procurement and preparation.

4. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are prepared or dispatched.

  • Once an order is processed, prepared, or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated only after verification of the issue.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.

  • Partial refunds may be issued in case of minor quality issues.
