Cancellation n Refund Policy

At MakeMyFlora, we strive to provide the best quality flower arrangements, gifts, and floral decoration services. As flowers are perishable and many of our services are custom-made, our cancellation and refund policy is outlined below.
1. Order Cancellation (Flower Arrangements & Gifts)

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

Cancellations made within this timeframe are eligible for a full refund, after deducting any applicable payment gateway charges.

Same-day delivery orders or cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
2. Event & Floral Decoration Cancellation

Cancellations for event decorations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the event date.

Cancellations made:

More than 72 hours before the event – Eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on work already completed.

Within 72 hours of the event – No refund will be provided, as materials and manpower are pre-arranged.

3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Perishable products such as fresh flowers, once dispatched or delivered.

Customized or personalized arrangements, décor themes, or special gift items.

Orders with incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

Failed delivery due to recipient unavailability or refusal.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery along with clear photographs.

After verification, we may offer:

A replacement, or
-
A partial or full refund, at our discretion.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Force Majeure
MakeMyFlora shall not be liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or unforeseen logistical issues.
